- Each layer of flow channel is specially designed for each specific polymer. Temperature difference: 80°C (practical experience from yesh engineering) Percentage of surface layer can reach as little as 5%.
Comparing with co-extrusion through die and feedblock, Multilayer manifold die can get more uniform and accuratr proportion of each layer of polimer. There are separate temperature control units in each layer of flow channel, with heat insulation device.
